Had Gary out to help Fern and her anxieties when people enter our house. Safe to say she has made massive progress with Gary's help and the behaviours have and will be nipped in the bud in the near future. We have the materials to keep repeating/training which will stop the behaviours and I'm over the moon with the training and changes seen. Can't thank him enough!

Had Gary round to help with Nellie's behaviour issues when I'm on my own with her. he figured out where I was going wrong with her and told me how to discipline her properly by just changing the tone of my voice and within minutes, she was listening to my commands.
